Grape and wine production is the main activity of my farm. I grow 2 types of grapewines: pinot grigio and prosecco. A key person was Gabriele, a colleague I Iike to define my agronomist with whom I share my passion for this job as well as the technical choices we take on the wineyards. I have always been very environment sensitive, and I have transferred this attention onto the care of my wineyard. Since 2016 my farm has adopted methods of integrated pest management (SQNPI - sustainable). This is a production system which applies methods and prioduction means defences from adversities in the agricultural productionswhich are planet friendly. The aim is to dramatically minimize the use of chemical products in order to be environmental and economic friendly compliant.
